Working from Bristol and needed help! I havent even met face to face with this company all has been done online which is crazy!



Paul helped me to plan a proper fitness program and provided me with an excellent rugby based nutrition guide. I have been following the plan for 12 weeks in total and have managed to increase my strength so much and cut body fat down.



It feels so good to be eating a sensible diet, I have tried so many in the past and they make me sick in the end and i end up just eating horrible foods at the weekends. With this plan I managed to stick to it as it genuinely doesnt feel like I am on a diet.



Highly recommended.

Paul and Thea have been providing circuit training and boxercise classes at Companies House for almost a year now!!

I can't thank either of you enough... for encouraging us when we think we can't do anymore, for continuing to push us and stretch us every week.

Is it hard work? Yes. Do I enjoy it? Yes. Does it make me feel good? Yes.

I hope you both plan to continue with the classes, I for one would be completely lost without them. Keep up the fab work xx
