I have been a tenant with ACJ since 2009 and I have always found them to be most professional, helpful and friendly.

Whenever I had a query or a maintenance issue it was dealt with in a timely manner by both the ACJ staff and the various engineers. The engineers themselves were always efficient and friendly, they also offered advice where necessary.

My landlord was marvellous and always answered my queries quickly and fairly.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ACJ to anyone in the future.

Jones Estates sold our house on our behalf and helped us to buy the house that we saw and fell in love with. The sale was surprisingly stress free (usual buying and selling hiccups aside) and Jodie and Sue were both reassuring and honest when it came to managing our expectations. It feels quite odd to think that this time last year we hadn't even planned on moving, as it was all made so easy for us.

Just left a property that was my first rental and a daunting experience at the time of moving, but the team were great and made it a pleasant transition. I’m sure I asked a ton of stupid questions at the time whilst preparing and getting everything together but it never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone and the responses were always helpful and polite from anyone I came into contact with at the office.

Over the two years there were a small number of basic day to day maintenance issues which were always dealt with really quickly by a really friendly engineer.

As the tenancy draws to a close they have been really helpful in keeping in regular contact and basically giving me a point of contact as we bring things to a close. It’s been a help having a go to person that’s there with any concerns and responds promptly. Huge help too with extending the tenancy slightly at the last minute to help make our moveout more manageable and far less stressful.

Very thankful that my first experience was such a positive one and I can’t thank the team enough for that.

Jodie and Sue were very helpful throughout the sale of our house, giving good feedback following every viewing and then keeping us well informed once a sale had been agreed. Requests for information were quickly responded to and all communication was very pleasant. Many thanks!

Slow and don't care about their tenants. My balcony door broke through wear and tear whilst renting an appartment in a top floor flat. Took 3 months for them to replace and in that time the broken balcony door was just nailed shut as if that's safe. When I complained they described it as "unfortunate" and my concerns over a blocked fire escape as "hypothetical". They will take your money, without a care for tenants safety.

Sue and Jodie dealt with quite a complex sale on our behalf, we were kept up to date through out the whole process. The whole team are highly professional, especially when compared to other high Street estate agents. Thanks both!
