Our aim is to bring the finest authentic Jamaican cuisine to Wales and the South-West giving everyone an opportunity to have a taste of what Jamaica has to offer.

For many years we have observed the poor quality of Caribbean cuisine in Wales and the South-West.

Many chefs and restaurants have tried duplicate the Jamaican way of doing things, but this is not something that can be done without first hand experience. This often results in a poor quality interpretation of food, being passed off as Caribbean cuisine.

This is something that we are going to change!

Our chef Bobby Smooth was born and bred in Kingston, Jamaica. He brings with him the most traditional styles of Jamaican cuisine, with mouth watering flavours to be enjoyed by all.

With over 25 years experience as a professional chef and a lifetime of experience in the most authentic Jamaican foods we can guarantee you satisfaction.

We don’t just want to provide people with the best in authentic Jamaican cuisine, we want to provide them with an experience.

Our catering service is available for all events including weddings, funerals birthday parties, ect. . . You name it we’ll cook for it.

All our food is made and prepared fresh on the day direct from our kitchen to your tastebuds. We source from local Welsh halal butchers and farmers markets. We create all our own special sauces and salads, we are also able to cater to vegetarians.
