Acorn Windows And Doors Ltd

Had a conservatory from Acorn in May, 6 months on still haven't had problems with it sorted. Very poor after-sales and no FENSA certificate either. Not happy.

A fantastic service from start to finish. Lots of doors to choose from and we were helped to find the best one for our house. We love our new door, it's perfect! We had the black composite with flair patterned glass. The team completed the door quickly without leaving any mess behind. Received a call on the same day to check that we were happy with it. I would highly recommend Acorn Windows and Doors.

Recently had a front and back door fitted, Designed them both myself,Iwas absolutely over the moon with the result.They did both doors to Exact spec.The customer service I received from the 2 lads that fitted the doors was excellent. Would absolutely recommend acorn to anybody...VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Two doors installed. The installers without asking threw away all the keys in the back door. This included the ONLY key to the garden shed. Why would any firm do this without consulting the owner? It was clear that the shed key could not have belonged to the door they were discarding, both were on the ring and only one could fit the door. The front door flange came off less than a week after installation, we were promised they'd sort the shed lock but they did not.

We had a new front door and windows installed 3days ago. What a fantastic company to deal with. The staff were really great. From the office staff, to Jeff, who helped us decide on our choice. He took the time to show us the workshop and to view the vast selection available. He was really helpful and not pushy. Also, Graham Davies the owner has been really attentive.
Lastly, the installers were on time and did an excellent job. They were really polite and they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend

Called about 8 months ago to have some replacement window pained installed. The guy who I tried to arrange with was really 'can't be bothered over the phone. We left it until this year, and twice having called to request an appt for a quotation they didn't show! Really unhappy with a terrible service. I think the guys name was viv or vice. He's apparently the manager?!!

We had our new composite door fitted last week and we are so happy with it. The colour is amazing and it really helps make it stand out from all the other houses in the street. Can't thank the fitter enough they were amazing. Would recommend

From start to finish first class!
We had a new conservatory fitted and I have been really impressed by the service and end result.
My wife and I cannot wait until the summer when we will be able to fully enjoy the new space this addition has given us.
