Acorns 'N' Oaks Playgroups

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) providing a web based service that brings together care homes with parent volunteers and nurseries /schools wishing to start or join an intergenerational playgroup.

Every day we see more inspiring examples of the happiness and improved wellbeing that comes from the elderly spending time with children. Our aim is to make it just a little easier for care homes and parents /schools to find each other.

Our Facebook page gives us an opportunity to talk about the amazing examples of intergenerational fun and experiences that happen across the UK and is a place for care homes to advertise for new volunteers.
