Acrobalance is an exciting way to get fit and have fun while doing it!
Typically seen in the circus, Acrobalance is an acrobatic art incorporating partner work, balance and strength to produce beautiful shapes or a combination of movements.
From the fundamentals through to moves like the Dirty Dancing lift, Acrobalance is a fun and very social way to build your flexibility, core strength and balance.
No previous experience or partner is necessary.
