Action Petz Dog Parks

i have recently visited the dog park and was amazed. from very very knowledgeable staff to excellent facilities for all types of dogs from pups to adults small to big indoors and outdoors area all is catered for. even the owners belly with the little cafe. and there is even agility equipment available. no smells and a very clean dog friendly environment. please go and visit the park with your dogs or bring the over for day care on your busy days. well done to all staff and managers.

We have just got back from out first visit - I wish we had been there before. It was such a fab place and we were made to feel so welcome by all of the staff. We have a Husky and it was so lovely to see him running round having fun with his sister, another husky that was there as well as lots of other breeds of dogs. I would highly recommend Action Petz to anyone. We will be back very soon :) Thank you

Visited the Newport centre for the first time today and was blown away by how fantastic the staff were. After messaging a few times (and receiving very quick helpful responses) I took my dog in for an assessment as he is not very well behaved around other dogs and could not believe how professional and supportive the staff were. Archie loved it and we will definitely be back to continue working on his socialising in such a lovely, safe environment! Thank you so much!

Took my fur kids Malika the alaskan malamute & faith my American bulldog x staff puppies to action petz cardiff yesterday, Malika is 10wks old & faith is 17wks old. They both loved it & so did I. We were made to feel very welcome by both the staff & other dog owners, all the dogs were well behaved. Will definitely be returning again for very regular visits with my fur babies.

The best dog park where your dogs can play together of leads make friends and arrange play dates. On weekends there is lots of fun with the paddling and swimming pools

And Action Petz has the coolest day care around. Loads of indoor and outdoor play space games toys and a paddling pool as well as staff trained to make sure the dogas have the best timr every visit and comfy sofas to rest on after a hard days play

Taken Ebony here a few times and it’s amazing! I don’t see her for hours when we get home she’s so tired �� she’s only 7 months old and doesn’t really understand how to behave around other dogs but other visitors and staff are so friendly and understanding! The staff have a lot of knowledge and are clearly passionate about what they do and are always quick to give advice on how to best train your dogs without being patronising! All the other dogs and owners are so friendly, by the third time I was coming alone (obviously with the dog) which is a massive step for me because I don’t usually like leaving the house let alone chatting to strangers but it’s hard not to get talking when everyone is so nice!! I can’t wait to come again, it’s doing wonders with getting me out and about and Ebony absolutely loves it! Thank you ��

Peppa (greyhound) loved her first visit this morning. Lots of other dogs there and I was a bit worried how she would react as she is very nervous, but she had a whale of a time running and playing with other dogs ��

My dogs first visit today and she loved it! the staff were really friendly and helpful too. Can't wait to take her back :) thank you

My 1 year old Cavachon Teddy and I visited the centre for the first time yesterday. We received a very warm welcome and were explained the “rules” to make sure the dogs socialise safely and how to clean up if your doggy makes a mess. The centre smelt and looked very clean and well run and Teddy and I had a lovely morning. He met lots of other very busy dogs and I met lots of other enthusiastic dog owners. We will definitely come again 😊

Maybe I'm biased because it is fast becoming home from home but I'll try and stay objective. There are few places that I have seen with such attention to detail. From the play park to the indoor agility everything you could possibly want as a dog owner and all under one roof. Couple this with professional, highly competent staff who's motto equals the finest retail stores of the customer comes first. The only difference being that here, the customers are dogs.

Maisy had a lovely time here on Friday. It was only for about 4 to 5 hours whilst we visited Cardiff castle as we live 3 hours away and dogs weren't allowed in the castle so we thought Maisy could have some fun socialising. It's a great place with friendly staff. Highly recommended! Hopefully 1 near us soon in Kent/Surrey ��

Iv literally just pulled away and I could not wait to review.... Place is amazing staff are LUSH everything under 1 roof who ever says you can't tire a spaniel out have never been to action pets because our 5 month old sproker had to be carried back to the car he's so wore out from a brilliant day of play and was the 1st (and only) dog in the pool in the rain Harley loves action pets and Harley's mummy loves you even more knowing I got a nice peaceful evening ahead ! Already looking forward to next week

I have been taking my two cockapoos to Action Petz for nearly two years, it has been so formative in their socialisation with dogs and people alike, and i have met some great people there also! Now having moved to Bridgend it was great to know there is a branch here also which we have joined. A great place, a great brand

I cannot recommend action Petz highly enough. Our 8 month old Labrador has been going to day care since she was very little and they take care of her so well. The staff are all so friendly and the socialising skills she has learnt are amazing. If you want a safe, friendly and loving environment for your dog when you are in work then look no further. The indoor park is also amazing and is a great place to meet all sorts of other dogs and owners. Thank you to all the team

I cannot recommend Action Petz enough! I've been using this godsend for about a year and don't know what I'd do without it!



Both me and my pup hate the rain (it gives us fluffy hair) but also great to use the outdoor area too and know that he is in a safe environment. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly :-) Daycare prices are very competitive (and my dog loves it). Haven't had to use it often (much to his dismay) but great peace of mind to know that service is available and that my dog enjoys his time there. Had no issues when I had to leave my dog when he had a bad foot. Was very well looked after and he even forgot to limp by the end of the day!!



I have also found this to be an exceptional way for socialising him and he's gone from a nervous little puppy to a super confident, friendly pooch. Can't wait to get my latest addition down there and have Action Petz work its magic!

Duggie absolutely loves going to Action Petz Newport. He starts getting excited at the Tredegar park roundabout and doesn’t shut up till we park at the centre.

He’s been in Day care twice now and come’s home exhausted and happy.

He loves playing with the other dogs and chasing his( or anyone else’s ) tennis balls. This is an amazing safe, happy and secure environment for all dogs great and small. I’m always telling other dog owners how good it is.

Don't know what I would do without this place. The staff are so friendly and supportive. Dewi loves it and is excellent with other dogs because of it. He loves the agility area, as do the grandchildren. It's great to chat to other dog owners and pick up some good tips, the supervisors are also on hand to offer good advice and support. x

Bella my 14 month old collie had her first time over night stay at action for pets newport. The staff are all lovely and made me feel comfortable leaving her there while we went on our hols. She had 4 nights stay and looked happy and well looked after. Highly recommended.
