Silver Swans is a classical ballet class for women 55 yrs + and modified for a more mature body. Did you use to dance and want to start up again? Have you always wanted to take up ballet but never have? This is your class! Taught by a ballet teacher with over 20yrs of teaching experience and certified to teach the Silver Swans Program through the Royal Academy of Dance. London. Come take a class that is excellent exercise and good for the brain and meet new friends. Friday 3-4pm starting January 11th 😊

Fantastic summer school this week 😄 dancing, singing, face painting, lion king mask painting. Show for parents yesterday which was enjoyed by all. Well done everyone 👍
