Awful customer service. Lack of communication within Admiral itself as a company. Removed my partner from insurance when he hadn’t surrendered his licence meaning he was uninsured to drive randomly. Letter received stating this just as we were going away for the weekend. Unable to sort as no managers working meaning we lost a lot of money and were unable to go away. Avoid.

Helpful when I reported an accident. Went through the effort to make sure everyone was unhurt before going into the claim details.

Fantastically SHOCKING company to deal with. Our advice as a regulated company within the same industry is to avoid dealing with at any cost.

Poor claims department staff and procedures.
Unprofessional, rude and do not offer any proof of any correspondence from any other parties.
Now I am left to self litigation to resolve matters as they are nothing short of pathetic ...stress free is about as far from the service they provide as it could be....I would score them as minus.
WARNING THEY MAKE 50/50 DECISIONS BASED ON VALUE OF REPAIRS AND NOT FACTS, EVIDENCE OR EVENTS.
Cancelled insurance with them and would prefer to pay more for the job to be done properly...
If you are fond of running into brick walls and dealing with script controlled zombies, then this insurance company is 5 star.

Had van and car insurance which were good value to start with , however they take any and every opportunity to increase premiums. Couldn't find my account on one phone call, then told me I was still insured with a previous insurer which was not correct . Lost my driver licence number ,increased the premium. Renewal quote increased over 25% so got a quote from comparethemarket went with Sainsburys. Admiral should learn from Ryanair and stop p@ssing customers off.

I always find admiral insurance to be amazingly quick, helpful -never a bad experience. I never have my policy number handy, they explain this well and I can add a driver, change my policy - whatever I do - it's never too much trouble - thank you Admiral 😂😂

Terrible - never again!!! They are the most dishonest organisation that I have ever dealt with. Bunch of amature crooks!
