I'm concerned reading the reviews . I did use them last year and yes the. Case handler never returned my calls. I was in a other accident this week and I haven' t been given s case handler yet ? It wasn't my fault the other driver is being proscited and my car has been written off !!! I'm a emotional wreak !

Absolutely useless. Would be 0 stars if possible. Only had them as insured with Admiral. Worst 'service' ever! 18 months after my accident and still nothing. Had 3 or 4 claims handlers, they only seem to last 3 months. Never answer phone, are always out of office, no email address. There's a website where they say they post stuff but can't get it to work, and in case of difficulty you are directed to contact your ........ claim handler. Do not pass go, do not claim £200 etc. Doctor recommended a back xray - never happened. Yes every one of these reviews is correct. Use your own solicitor!!! (ps any one below giving them 5 stars must work there surely?)

Over 3 years of pain,distress and depression because these clowns are happy to string you along.Treatment is not followed up.They told me to ask my nhs doctor to get an mri for my back because it would take too long if they did it. None fault accident.They do nothing.My gp has done more with medication and counselling over the 3 years.Took dr getting me a knee x ray 2 years in for admiral law to listen to me.Was told the specialist said it was referred pain and thanks to my dr its proven that its a seperate injury.Lost a lot of independence because of injuries.Still waiting for tinnitus and hearing loss counselling.No end in sight and struggling to cope.I thought i was in safe hands...they may as well have been driving the car that hit me.My deepest sympathies to all other genuine claimants using this company.Sought out an ombudsman and I am hoping they can help me.Good luck and don't give up.

Awful, awful, awful. Do not use them! They take forever to do anything, do not return calls/emails within their own service limits. They do not even follow their own complaints procedure. Complain formally, wait until they do nothing (still) and then forward it all to the Ombudsman.

Absolutely poor. Had I read these reviews before making a claim I would have avoided the excruciating long winded process this company puts you through. I have become so tired of pursuing this case that I have pretty much given up. 18 months after my accident and still nothing. Yes every one of these reviews is correct. Use your own solicitor!!!

Awful service they don't respond to emails and never keep you up to date with what they do in connection with your claim do not pay extra money on your insurance

Absolutely useless, service. I will not undertake them as my legal representatives again. Do not waste your money on this crowd. You can see why the Law profession is viewed lower than double glazing salesmen, and door to door "do you want your drive tarmacked?" vendors. I actually need to take them to court and may do using the £25 legal fee, now there irony!

Been nearly 3 years since I had my accident and can't even get the final stages right after me constantly chasing them. I've been completely messed around. It's difficult to get to even speak to case handler and then when you finally do they don't do what the say they have! Do not add this on to your cover not worth the money

Shocking! No customer service at all, had accident six months ago, the case handler is doing absolutely nothing!! I have chased and chased and an only ever talk to her answer message! They never return calls! I am losing the will to live with this at present! If you have an option to use a third party instead of Admiral snap their hands off this process is a lot more stressful than it's worth it really is!!!!! Admiral are a big company too it is shocking they practise in such a poor manner but I guess the reviews speak for themselves it isn't a coincidence that everyone is experiencing the same issues!!!!!
