Advance are a extremely professional and reliable company who have provided an outstanding service throughout the years.
There customer service is of the highest level and there employees conduct there day to day duties with this at the forefront of there mind.

I first had the privilege of meeting Adam 2 years ago, unfortunately for Adam he did not have the easiest of tasks of convincing myself and the company to use there services as not only did we already have a strong PSL in place but advances reputation at the time had gave them a disadvantage.
However due to Adams trust worthy and positive attitude we decided to go ahead and use there services. This is a decision I do not regret, from that moment onwards his efficiency and helpfulness has shone through.
His company is now a service I have recommended and successfully used through every recruitment company I have been apart of.

Personally in my opinion Adams aim is not to secure as many sales as possible but to ensure that the service the company provide is of a excellent standard, and to support the recruiters and candidates through the payroll journey which can sometimes be challenging.
Adam has dedicated himself to ensuring that no problems occur for the candidates and no matter how small the problem may seem, he always has time for everyone.

My praise for Adam runs through out the employee’s in advance, I have never once had a rude of unhelpful member of staff communicate with myself or the candidates in advance.

I would highly recommend anyone who would like to use a umbrella company to look no further, and join advance with Adam as the account manager.
All companies have their fare share of negatives, and the only negative I can honestly say was that Adam was not the account Manager from the start.

Advance do have the advantage of there managing director being legally trained in Law and this is something that is always helpful when you need advice regarding payroll.

My company have been dealing with Advance for just over 2 years now. Adam Shaw is our account manager. The girls at advance are absolutely wonderful and always polite.

Out of all the account reps Adam has by far been the most successful with in our company.

Any problems we have had have always be dealt with. All new starters have all be set up correctly and any problems Adam or advance have always Emailed to confirm.

I would recommend advance to all recruiters out there as it saves us payroll a lot of time in hassle conpaired to some umbrella companies out there.

I have had the pleasure of working with advance for over a year now.

At first for what ever reason we didn’t seem to get advance, mainly due to the rep at the time not knowing who he needs to talk to.

When Adam took over we gave him a bit of a hard time but then decided to give him a go.

Since then we have not looked back.
I value Adam not as his client but as a friend. Adam will go above and beyond with everything and has really helped me when I’m need.

I would suggest advance to all companies as one if not the best umbrella company.
My opinion is based solely on the hard work Adam Shaw has put in to win is over.

Also good to know the MD is legally trained so can always help with legal advice if needed regarding the new laws and what they mean.

Like all companies they have a negitive and that was not employing Adam sooner.

The whole office have always been polite and even when mistakes have been made they have always sorted out straight away and this is the service we like and need....

Keep the hard work up and well done everyone but most of all well done Adam Shaw.

Would highly recommend Advance. I was dealt by Chris Tomlinson who explained every aspect of the contract / pay to me unlike my previous pay company. All my questions were answered and explained to me so that I fully understood.
