An independent business offering through online sale and stalls at events pretty things for your home. We price as competitively as possible and offer you the best price we can to ensure you are not out of pocket.

PAYMENT

If you are within 25 miles of Buckley, Flintshire then cash on delivery is acceptable. Otherwise PayPal or Barclay's Pingit (inc PAYM) app can be accepted. We will also accept cheque. *If paying by cheque please understand your goods will be reserved until the cheque has cleared but not dispatched until then.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Postage is generally via Royal Mail or Parcelforce for UK delivery. Most of our stock falls either into their large letter category, with a general cost of £3. 20 for a small package and £5. 80 for a medium. All items are posted first class and arrive within three working days **Subject to Royal Mail. If it is a large order, then couriers are compared to bring you the cheapest price.

Overseas shipping is possible at mutual agreement. We will deal with ALL pricing in your own currency so there is no confusion on your part. If we find you can get your item cheaper elsewhere, we will tell you. We don't believe in dishonest sales.

Local delivery charges are : -

Within 12 miles of Buckley or within Flintshire = FREE
12-15 miles = £3
15-25 miles = £5.

We WILL deliver beyond 25 miles within reason (Cheshire, Denbighshire and Wrecsam) and further for a large order if it's cheaper for you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. All postal days are agreed with the customer pre dispatch. Posting will only take place once full payment is received. Postage is generally on a Wednesday and Friday unless the package is urgently required.

2. The delivery charge or postage charge are agreed with the customer at the time of order confirmation and cannot be refunded.

3. In the case of receiving goods damaged in transit, please refer to our returns policy (located in our "about" section).

4. Every attempt will be made by us to meet your needs. Our stock is small and we can order on demand provided your required items are available from our trusted wholesalers. On these occasions, we are happy to place an order to the wholesaler but due to minimum order fees, we will require a non refundable deposit before placing the order.

5. Personal details of the registered business owner are displayed in the information of the page but can also be provided on request should further contact be necessary.

6. ALL competitions and giveaways run by Affinity designs are our sole responsibility and not done with the endorsement or support of Facebook or it's associated companies. All entrants must be over the age of 18 and abide by any specified rules to qualify entry.

7. PRIVACY.

When you order from this page, we require your address for posting. This is usually acquired via your paypal account through the invoice system, but if another payment method is chosen, you will need to disclose your address in a message. It is your responsibility to inform us of any address changes which have not yet been amended on Paypal, otherwise we will ship to the address they provide.

We will ONLY ever send you any communication via this page unless you specifically require communication via text, email or message.

PRIZE DRAW AND COMPETITIONS.

If you are a winner to either, we require you to provide your full postal address via inbox on this page. Your details are NOT and will never be passed on by us to a third party. They can only be viewed by our page managers (Fiona Cliffe or Rachael Randall) who respect your privacy rights.

You have the right to ask us to provide details we hold about you but please bear in mind that we do not keep this information indefinitely or for any length of time, it having been aquired by us only for the purpose of posting on the occasion you have provided it. You also have the right to ask us to remover the information.

8. SECURITY

Payments made via PayPal. These payments are protected by PayPal according to their own terms of use. By using their invoice system we ensure your payment to Affinity Designs is protected by them for our part. All disputes regarding payment are to be opened with PayPal and we will support you where possible and as far as we can, but all decisions for these disputes are made by PayPal and beyond our control.

Your personal details provided on this page are protected by Facebook and information passed on is done so by Facebook alone. We will support you as far as we can in any dispute, but these are the responsibility of Facebook. No information will be passed by us.
