So many of us decide to get fitter and be more healthy in the new year. One great way to stick to your resolutions is to work towards a challenge such as running a 5K, 10K, the Cardiff Half Marathon or even doing Tough Mudder! Lots of our supporters have used these, and other challenges as an opportunity to fundraise for us. A big thank you to the Ivor Hael Hotel who have delivered Christmas Dinners to so many of the older people we work with across RCT. Thanks to them, people who would have been eating alone or are not able to cook for themselves have been able to enjoy a delicious Christmas Dinner.

Thank you so much to Forest View Medical Centre who have donated money raised in their Christmas raffle to help support older people in the community.

Another successful social evening last night at M&S Merthyr so thank you to the café for hosting and thank you to Artis Community who provided crafty cuppas with lovely festive carol singing.
