Independent local charity, serving the older people in Conwy County and Denbighshire.

We exist to provide a range of services for, and to uphold the interests of, older people (aged 50 and over) within the two counties. The main activities currently undertaken include: Information and Advice; Advocacy; IT Tuition Service, Financial Advocacy /Welfare Benefits; Older People’s Forums (11 in total).

We also carry out lobbying, campaigning & public education around issues affecting older people and provide support to Member organisations and other local organisations of /for older people.

Yr ydym yn cynnig nifer o wasanaethau ar gyfer pobl mewn oed (dros 50 oed). Y prif weithgareddau ar hyn o bryd yw, Gwybodaeth a Chyngor; Eiriolaeth;Hyfforddiant Technoleg Gwybodaeth, Eiriolaeth Ariannol / Budddaliadau; Fforymau.

Yr ydym hefyd yn lobio, ymgyrchu ac addysgu’n gyhoeddus ynglŷn â phroblemau ac yn cynnig cefnogaeth i sefydliadau aelodaeth a sefydliadau lleol eraill sy’n cefnogi pobl mewn oed.
