The mission of AGENDA is to improve the quality of life for the over 50s in the North Down and Ards areas by providing support and activities
Age North Down & Ards Description
We offer a wide range of activites open to all people aged over 50, these include:
- Coffee lounge ( Monday - Friday 10am-2pm )
- Basic Computing Courses ( Monday- Friday at various times )
- Walking Group ( Monday at 10. 15am )
- Tuesday Ship Shape
- Mens Health Programme
We also offer a good morning call 365 days a year between 9. 30 and 10. 30am
