Maybe if people's heads weren't buried in the sand of ignorance and they took the time to understand, instead of judging and thinking it won't happen to them because they have the perfect family, life would be a little bit easier for people that do experience this! This hits close to home for me, for family and friends who live under this shadow. The days of 'it' not being talked about or being taboo should be over. In the most difficult moments of life you realise who your t...rue friends are, and the people who really appreciate you. Unfortunately, most social media 'friends' aren't true friends. They will send you a "like" here and there, but in reality they do not take time to read your status if they see it's lengthy. More than half will stop reading right here, or have already scrolled on to the next post on their page. I decided to post this message in support of all those who continue to battle with their mental illness. Now, let's see who will have taken the time to read this lengthy post right through to the end. If you have read everything so far, please "like" it. More mental health awareness is urgently needed. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean people aren't suffering. Please, try to spare a little of your time with someone who may just want to talk (about anything). Talking can help us all to cope a little more, keeping things bottled up just makes it worse. Most people will say, "if you need anything, don't hesitate to call me, I'll be there to help you" but will they? I believe a select few of my friends will post this, to show their support for those who may be struggling. You just have to copy and paste rather than sharing. I'd like to know who will take a minute out of their day to read this all the way to the end and then copy and paste it to their page, will you? If so, please write "done" in the comments.

Had a technical morning with Emma from Joicio and we had a great time , we have so many new ideas . A morning like this gives us inspiration and we then feel full of enthusiasm to try them all out , so ladies come and let us change ur look. , below a few photos of our work

Was in with the fab gang in ahead with reita today...there always so accommodating...i had a last min day off and they managed to squeeze me in! :D loving my lovely new hair...it needed some tlc and it definatly got it! :) thanks a mill ladies...will be in again soon! :) xx

Thanks to Rita and her wonderful team. My daughter hair is very thick and the girl who did her braid did amazing job. I was fitted in also for a blow dry when the salon was very busy. It's a salon that's always very busy but the Rita and the girls make you so welcome craic is great and you always get a lovely cup of tea and coffee and at Set times Rita always has a wee glass of wine. Xx Keep up the great work Rita and the girls.

I WALKED IN AND HAD NO APPOINTMENT AND I WAS ABLE TO GET MESH HI-LIGHTS WHICH TURNED OUT LOVLY WILL BE BACK BEFORE CHRISTMAS FOR A CUT AND BLOWDRY. GREAT ATMOSPHERE IN IT . IT'S GOOD THAT A HAIRDRESSER DOESN'T LEAVE YOUR HAIR ALL CHOPPED OF AND JUST CUTS OF THE LENGTH WHAT YOU WANT . VERY PLEASED

I had made a complete mess of my hair and I went in by chance to see if they could fix it.

What a transformation and got the exact colour I wanted at last. Staff were lovely, especially Sammy-Joe who couldn't do enough for me and she restyled my hair and I just feel a million dollars!

I would recommend this hairdressers to anyone. First class!!

Absolutely love my new style, so does everyone at home , thanks to Sammyjoe making me feel at ease about it all, even give me advice about donating the 12 inches of hair that was cut off !!! It was plaited and put in a wee bag an all ready to donate. Lovely bunch of girlies would highly recommend this very friendly hairdressers, get a good laugh , cuppa coffee and fabulous looking hair
