Terrible, would give 0 stars if I could. Almost impossible to get a same day appointment. They say call from 8am when the lines open, but they never answer. If you endure trying, you are likely to get 'user busy' 100 times. If you ever do managed to get through, you are greeted by a stressed receptionist telling you all appointments have gone.

With booking appointments in advance it’s hard to get, especially if you work full-time. Those considering to join this GP surgery, be prepared for a long wait to never get through or book an appointment.

U can never get an appointment or anyone to answer the phone 1 hour in phone , but non one answer

I have been registered with this nursery for over 4 years now. The system of appointments is appalling to say the least. In fact is against duty of care and very much detrimental to the health of the pacient. You have to call a week or two in advance but only on the right moment to make an important appointment. I have been to my GP and never been physically checked for whatever pain I had. We are just numbers.

I always find the doctors and staff really helpful and accommodating. Best service I've used. I've had an extremely positive experience whilst at this surgery (6 months). I have attended upwards of four appointments during this time.

I wish i could give them a 0 star. Terrible, terrible service. Booking an appointment is impossible. They ask you to ring at 08:00 and lines are busy from 07:59, keep ringing and if eventually you get connected the appointments are gone. They expect you to ring forever like you have got nothing else to do in life. What about people like myself who work from 08 to 18:00??? How on earth are we supposed to get an appointment?? :(

I have no idea why did I register with this surgery. I can never get any apoointment. Call at 8am? good luck with that, 8.05pm you gonna hear 'no papointments, try tomorrow'. :/

Got told that they do not have bookable appointments and have to ring at 8am to get an emergency appointment. Rang at 8, had to redail what felt like a hundred times for 43 mins, then was held in a queue for a further 11 mins, finally got through to be told they have no appointments and to try again the next day.
