Alliance Removals

This is a five star review based solely on communication and timing, both of which were excellent.
Because of a miscommunication between myself in Spain and a relative in Cardiff, I was left in charge of a house clearance which needed doing immediately.
I spoke to John at Alliance on Tuesday and by Thursday lunchtime the house was cleared and the items were in storage.
Using emails, texts and a couple of phone calls, the job went off without a hitch. John was helpfull and polite each step of the way.
I cannot comment on anything else, because I was not there. But based on the help and support I received,
I will be using Alliance again to move the items from storage to the final destination when I return to the UK.
I will then be able to add more information to my review.

We only had a week's notice of our moving date and, on the recommendation of a work colleague, we contacted Alliance. They were very helpful and the quote was reasonable compared to others and were able to fit us in. On moving day, they turned up right on time and started to load our furniture straight away, even helping us pack some boxes as we hadn't quite finished. The boys cleared the house (3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, utility room and a garage full of the usual junk) by lunchtime and, as we hadn't been able to pick up the keys to our new home, they went off for lunch and met us at the new home. They unloaded everything efficiently and I'm pleased to say that there were no "accidents" or "breakages" because of the care they took. Overall, they helped enormously with what was a stressful day and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Well done lads for being so helpful and thanks!

Did the job - fourth time they've come through for me! No fuss, just turn up and move stuff for less money than the competition - not much more you can ask for. Be reasonable with them, they'll be reasonable with you.

The guys from Alliance were fantastic, moved us from south Wales to Essex, they were fast and efficient and was all done in the same day. I would highly recommend them for removals. And would definitely use them again.
