Allied Weighing Description
Allied Weighing has over twenty years experience in the weighing machine industry and can supply all your weighing needs, including servicing, repairs, and calibration as well as making bespoke scales to suit your requirements. We are based in North Wales and run our business from home which is one of the reasons why we are able to offer our weighing equipment at considerably lower prices than our competitors. We also have full backup for any queries that might arise via our technical adviser.

Thought I would post a few pics of my new set up for weighing and basic recording of lambs as it may be if interest to some.
... Crate is a basic IAE crate that I have swapped the weigh head from original spring balance to a weigh cell and Bluetooth weigh head from @Allied Weighing.
That is paired to a stick reader and a windows tablet running @Farm Matters LtdSW.
Tablet is mounted on the crate with a mount normally intended to hold a tablet on a music stand. It’s pretty robust and heavy as it’s metal and fully adjustable.
As lambs go through the crate they are weighed, scanned and all the data goes across to the tablet showing live DLWG and current weight.
It’s a basic but budget set up but using it today for the first time properly I’m more than happy.
Just need to make up weather protection / sun shade for the tablet. Today a tubby bucket had to do.

Our delivery arrived today. Ironically the delivery guy nearly keeled over -had a flu jab yesterday Anyway we've managed with help to get through alot of the back orders which are being dispatched tomorrow.
Apologies again to our customers ... This has been an absolute night mare Shipment delayed due to EEC Docking schedule regulations and then the issues with the hauliers. All in all a months delay.
