I visited Allison Jayne to buy my prom dress a few days ago. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service.
Unfortunately, when I saw a dress I could not fit into, Allison Jayne very kindly tried it on for me, so I could have a look at what it was like on a person other than a coat hanger.
Extremely recommend going there for any occasion because you won't be disappointed.

What a fantastic experience I had here yesterday. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! It's the first shop I went in to look at bride and bridesmaid dresses and I didn't need to go anywhere else, I ordered them all here. Kim the lady who works there helped me, and she was brilliant. She helped me to first select the most beautiful bridesmaid dresses, then helped me to find my perfect wedding dress. She made the experience even more special. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Me,my mother and bridesmaids all think the staff here are wonderful. :) Emma.

Thank you to Alison and her lovely team for making me feel so welcome today. We had a 3 hour drive to the shop, but wow it was worth it! I was put at ease and had all my questions answered. The team had all the time in the world for me, they even had a dress sent over from London for me to try! I came away with my wedding dress, veil, accessories and 6 very unique bridesmaid dresses. I can’t thank you all enough.

Wonderful experience buying my beautiful wedding dress from this shop from start to finish. They really understand that this is a special experience for each bride. The alterations service was spot on and the dress fitted perfectly for the big day. A good range of dresses for all tastes too, I definitely recommend them.

amazing staff !! Theses ladies go above and beyond , after a tearful phone call just before closing ( being let down weeks before my wedding by another shop ) they assured me they could help and even said they could fit me in the next day at a time that suited me , when I arrived at the shop I was made to feel comfortable and assured and even the manager come in on her day off to see me after another member of staff told them about my phone call to help me find a dress , Sarah and Alison helped me pick a dress out and made me feel like a princess that every bride should feel they couldn't help enough and I couldn't thank them enough, I left with a dress that day that is out of this world and can not wait to wear it on my wedding day , girls you are all amazing 😍And once again thank you from the bottom of my heart I couldn't thank you enough you all do an amazing job 😀👰🏼

Such an amazing experience, they knew what I wanted more than I did. I went in so confused and Sarah was amazing helping me decide. She was patient honest and so friendly.

We visited the shop today looking for a prom dress for my daughter. The staff are really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lois looked after us, she was very helpfull. Thankfully my daughter now has her prom dress

We visited the store on Saturday, prom dress shopping and were extremely impressed! The store was lovely and the staff, one lady in particular (who's name we forgot to ask... Mrs Sanders I think!) was so patient and understanding (as we were in the shop for hours!) and found us the perfect dress. She was very eager to help and make sure everything was perfect - which was highly appreciated. We were then able to find shoes and have the seamstress alter the dress all in the same afternoon! Which was brilliant as we explained that we were tight on time! Would highly recommend :)
