Compassionate with animals and owners ... my heart was breaking over my Ben and his eyes .. he can now see bit constricted but back to his naughty self .. Thank you both so much for every thing.. we will be in for a check.. You both were so genuine and honest about what could go bad .. I know it could happen again however I have the best vets in Denbighshire looking out for him

Came on holiday and my dog kept being very sick, the vet saw her same day as I rang and gave her medication, she is now much better. Cannot thank Richard and his team enough, they are so polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing advice and help. Thanks once again.

Had to have my beautiful gsd taz put to sleep at home not sure of the vet name but herself and Claire were so caring I was heartbroken and Claire gave me a hug so thank you richard and staff for taking care of him
