Here at Almost Home Dog Rescue, we have a litter of 11 pups! 😍🥰.....Yes 11!🤦🏽‍♀️
Therefore we are asking for your help. As you can imagine they are taking up almost of time and effort, on top of the endless supply of puppy items! 🧡
... However we are in need of loads of puppy pads, poo bags, fleece blankets and bed sheets. If you could please help with these, we would be extremely grateful! 🤞🏼
The pups are not ready for adoption therefore we will not accepting any applications and we will not respond to an emails/ message etc about them. When they are ready for adoption, we will give you all the full details! 🐶
Donations can be dropped off at HQ or at the shop in Buckley. Or if you would like to send them please get in touch. 🤞🏼

Everyone meet our next residents ... Jilly and Lexi!💜
These girls are in an extremely sad situation and therefore we are asking for a miracle! 🤞🏼Unfortunately these girls find theirselves looking for a new home due to their owner being terminally ill!💔 🐶Lexi - a cross breed - 7 years old. 🐶Jilly - a terrier mix - 11 years old.
... These ladies are both well and fit! They adore going out and about! Both girls are rescues previously however they have been living the good life for many years! We are therefore trying to rehome these ladies together!🤞🏼that’s why we need your help!💛
Jilly and Lexi are both good with others dogs and are brilliant in the house. They are ok are older sensible children and are happy to left for a few hours!🧡
Both girls go out on packwalks with a dog walking company and they simply can’t fault them. They can mix with a huge range of dogs as you can see on the photos. They enjoy going on lovely, long walks especially the beach! The ladies were a tad nervous at first ok the packwalks but now they love it. They are good on and off lead too! Both Jilly and Lexi travel well in a car and housetrained! 🤩
We are asking everyone to spread the word about Jilly and Lexi! All they want is a home where they can be together.. is that too much to ask? 🥺
These ladies are on our forever foster system meaning that all bills ( food and vets etc) are paid for. Meaning the new owners, just need to love and care for them. 💜

Cool dude Ross!💚💛

Here at Almost Home Dog Rescue we have made a few changes! We have changed King Arthur’s castle for a more suitable long term residence for him plus we have modified Arthurs old castle to become an isolation and whelping unit.💚 All of this was done with funds from an extremely kind and supportive volunteer 😍
Arthur has been with us almost 2 years and he is a old lad who just wants to live out the rest of his days with people he knows and his own routine. A previous rehoming... didn’t work out for him as he takes a long time to trust people and can be unpredictable when excited...which has resulted in him biting a couple of times.
Therefore we have decided that Arthur is going to be staying at Almost Home Dog Rescue for the rest of his days as a forever foster. ❤️ That’s why he needed a new castle!👑
We know Arthur has a huge following and a lot of people who love him dearly. He even has volunteers who only come up to walk him! 💕As Arthur is a forever foster, you can sponsor him monthly. These funds can go towards his vet and food bills, also maintaining his new castle to a high enough standard! 💚

Everyone meet our resident .... Mollie/Seren!💚
Unfortunately this girl is needing a new home, she originally was adopted from us in March. However the family feel they aren’t suitable for her and her needs!💔
Seren is now called Mollie and she is a young, collie! She is very clever and active due to breed! Mollie is brilliant with other dogs, cats and people! 🧡
... Mollie is good at travelling and walks well on her head collar (Gencon)! She is slowly learning her recall and she responds well to training!🐾
When mollie came to us it was through a pound therefore we had no background information about her. The above information has been found out since being in a home. Unfortunately mollie is needing a new home due to her being noise reactive. Meaning she barks at loud noise such as people cutting the grass etc. However this can be trained out with our help. She was traffic reactive but she is doing well now. All she needs time and consistency!💚

Milo is a 4 year old Yorkie.... however he is quite leggy! 🐶
This lad is looking for a home due to no fault of his owner however, he is on a home from home system. This means that he is staying with his owners until we find him the right home!🤞🏼
... Milo is a lovely but he is nervous! Once he knows you he is fab, he walks well, travels well and he is happy to left for a a couple of hours once built up slowly! 💛
However, unfortunately this lad hasn’t had the right input. Therefore he is vocal when he first meets you and he needs home which is quiet and chilled. A home with terrier understanding and preferably a calm and confident dog to live with 🤞🏼🐶🧡

Oscar is a 3 year old lab! This boy is beautiful however very clever and active! 🐾
... Unfortunately he is looking for home due to no fault of his own! He is on a home from home system meaning he is staying with his owner until we find him the right home!🤞🏼
Oscar is said to be house trained, crate trained and happy to be left for a few hours. He currently lives with sensible children without an issue. He travels well too! 💜
On assessment Oscar was lovely and you can tell he has been a family dog. However he was very strong on lead and needs to work on his manners with other dogs! He is being neutered on Thursday so this should help! He is dog friendly but just overpowering at times!🐶
