To carry on with my spaniel love this week ....here's Bud one of my regulars in today for her groom, she normally lives outside with her working dog pals but from tonight she's going to be living indoors with her mum & dad .....she's having a Chinese & gin night in front of the fire tonight ....Nicky Guard don't forget to send pictures 👍🏻

We have had a day with lots of spaniels today, they have all been so lovely and my other customers from today who weren't spaniels were also lovely of course 😊 . these 2 are in at the moment and are the last 2 of the day - sisters holly & Milly ....here's some pics half way through groom. I am amazed at how well behaved they are, they must be 2 of the most calmest spaniels I have ever groomed ....first time in with me too, well done girls xxx

🐶NAIL TRIMMING JUST £3🐶 Does your dog need their nails trimming ? I have decided to do an offer tomorrow morning to fill a gap, so between 8.45am - 9.45am nail trimming is just £3 (maybe slightly more if your dog has a tendency to bite or struggle a lot) please contact me for an appointment, it normally takes about 5mins if well behaved.

With Pria being a nervous rescue from Romania it was important for me to find someone who didn’t use chains or cages and Alyson is fab. No other dogs around and we are able to stay with her the whole time.

What a wonderful lady you are took my very nervous teddy bear to Alyson today and my word she blew me away she was so patient with him you really are a star you where so friendly and kind to both myself and my impatient 4 year old son honestly if I could give you 100 stars I would your service was amazing. Xxx

Went to Alison with my sons two Huskies Frankie+Maia.

Alison was welcoming very patient with the Dogs, put them and ourselves at ease, and did an excellent job.

We can't fault the service we have received from Alyson. Buddy is well looked after and loved like he is her own dog. Buddy had his first full groom this morning and WOW!!! is all I could say when I saw him, he was like a new dog and smelled amazing :) It is worth every penny to see him looking so handsome. We can't recommend Alyson enough, 5 stars all the way xxxx

Took my 6month old poodle puppy for her first big cut, Alyson and her partner were amazing. Skill and calmness aside it was lovely to watch someone who truly loves there job. We were welcome to stay and watch which was fantastic and talk through how WE wanted her cut. We enjoyed as much as our pup did. Highly recommend.

Took my 4 month old german shepherd pup for a groom this morning , very grateful Alyson fitted us in last minute. Alyson gave my pup plenty of time to explore as it was her first visit. No restraints or muzzles just patience and love!! So pleased I was able to stay, made it a much more positive experience for my very busy puppy � she’s fluffy and fresh!! Thank you!

Took Reggie and Tilly to have their nails clipped today. I must say I’m blown away by how good they are. Reggie has only been with us for a week. So he’s very unsure and scared. Alyson was only able to slightly clip his dewclaw because he was so stressed out. Also Alyson recommended not to continue because of this. On top of all this she did not charge. I couldn’t be happier and will defiantly go back.

Thanks for making Pepper look so smart, she also smells lovely now!

She was amazing with my dog today. Isabelle hates having a wash, dry and cut. But she was never rushed or tied up even though she struggled. The time and patience has made a very nervous dog look amazing! Thank you �

Our 5 month old cockapoo looked and smelt fabulous after his first groom with Alyson! We were worried that he would be cut too short and look like a different pup but the cut he had was perfect, leaving some of the length on his body and legs and cutting the hair around his face shorter so he could see out and we could see his features! He was so fluffy and soft after being shampooed and blow dried, we can't wait for him to go again!

Not only do I love the service and care that Alyson takes with Zac and Freddie but they do too. Would recommend her to all my friends

Iv been taking my dogs to Alyson since she started grooming in Tycoch 5 years ago. She's amazing. Her love for dogs shines through. My dogs are always beautiful leaving there, just a pity they don't stay looking that way for long though as they love the MUD!! I spend more on their grooms every 6 weeks than I do on my own hair! But my dogs come first and I love them looking clean and tidy even if it is for a couple of days before they find the mud again. I recommend Alyson to anyone, no cages or tying them up by their necks, it's lovely what she does and I think all dog groomers should groom this way X

I took my 11 week old puppy here for his first ever groom. Alison was very friendly and it was clear she loved dogs!! She was excellent with my pup! He looked and smelled beautiful after, I highly recommend this groomers and will definitely be returning ���

I can't recommend Alyson highly enough. My boy Pablo the Pug went for a bit of pampering today. Bath, wrinkle treatment, FURminator and nails. Anyone who knows me knows that Pablo is my baby boy and only has the best. He's very spoilt. Today proved to me that Alyson is the best of the best. He was hurt a few months ago by a groomer who cut his nails too short to the point they bled. He's been terrified of having his nails cut since. My vet even said he may have to be anaesthetised because he gets so stressed. Well Alyson was amazing with him. She tried every way possible to cut his nails. He was having none of it, fighting all the way. In the end we had to get on the floor with him and she managed to cut them. Alyson has got the patience of a saint. I have never seen anyone try so hard to cut nails and she must have felt stressed bless her, but she done it. I can't thank her enough. Even after the struggle Pablo went to her for a kiss and cuddle. He really liked her. She's a lovely woman and an excellent groomer who shows a genuine love and passion for dogs. I will never take my boy anywhere else now. He'll have a regular pampering with Alyson.

Excellent service, very impressed everytime. So polite and professional. My dog has been going to Alyson for over a year now after a few recommendations. I Highly recommend her myself now to friends. you can be reassured your dog is safe there as the door is always locked when there are dogs in and there's only your dog there at that time, Which is great as my dog doesn't like other dogs. There are So many horror stories around about groomers you have to be very careful. Alyson is the best groomer Iv been to over the years. She gets the job done and doesn't keep your dog waiting around in a cage. When I return to collect my dog Alyson is playing with him on the floor. Can not fault her. I could go on and on with praise but I think you get the jist

Alyson is so good with Wilf. Like most dogs he hates having a bath but she is so gentle with him. He always looks fab when she finishes with him. Best dog groomer ever!

Alyson and her partner were lovely with my two German Shepherds. It was their first time with a professional groomer so I was nervous about leaving them, especially knowing how they feel about baths! Having never been left with anyone previously I wasn’t sure how they would react but they were both fine being left with Alyson which I think speaks volumes in itself! Picked them up a couple of hours later, bathed and smelling lovely! Alyson obviously knows what she’s doing and has a way with dogs! Will definitely book with Alyson again (if she allows them back �) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
