we ate there last night for the first time and will definitely be back for more delicious food and also some of the lovely rose wine. The delightful lady who served us explained the menu to us as we are new to brazilian/portugese food, the deep fried polenta cubes , spicy prawns and fried squid were gorgeous. As was the picanha meal and spicy chicken that I had. We managed to make room for the portugese bread pudding and thoroughly enjoyed that aswell. Luckily we had a decent walk home to try to walk it all off as we ate far too much. We are looking forward to coming in on a sunday to try the special bean stew. We will definitely be back for more

Went to Amazonas for the first time yesterday and had a pulled pork Pastel porco refogado with salad, which was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to sampling the other items on the menu! Very friendly and attentive staff person who seems to really love her job. Will definitely be back, maybe with a friend or two in tow.

Amazing Amazonas, food is always well cooked and the presentation is always perfection, the staff are extreamly efficient and know how to make you feel at home Portuguese beer and wine it's the jewel in the Clifton Street crown, don't be square go there...

After trying quite a few things with the hubby and children as completely new to Brazilian food, was really pleasantly surprised, will be visiting again in the near future to try some more , well done
