Went in today to ask advice about my awkward baby hognose snake. Got given very good advice and information. Have spent hrs researching what to give my fussy hoggy. Thanks to advice today, i feel much happier knowing she will now get the nutrition she needs. Was made aware of issues that could occur that other reptile shops had not informed me off, even when they were told she would only eat salmon. Thank you so much for your time and help � will be booking a party for my grandson with you guys soon �

We had a Fantastic experience today - I highly recommend a visit here - or a party!! The Staff are Very friendly and all the Reptiles and animals are Wonderful to hold - Very clean & well kept. Xx We will be back - very soon xx

This place is fantastic!!! Went here to purchase 2 crested gekos. We drove from llantrisant. The owner was in the middle of doing a reptile birthday party so we waited for it to finish all the while chatting to his wife who was extremely friendly and lovely to myself my partner and my 3 children. Telling us all about the reptiles and how they came to open the shop. Once the party was over we were invited to look at the back rooms aswell which housed more reptiles even after purchasing. Can't recommend this place more to anyone it's a fantastic atmosphere with brilliant staff. Will defiantly be organising my son's next birthday party here!! Well done guys!!

Such a pleasure dealing with these guys... we have one very happy son and an extra happy chameleon called Luna... very advisable sales people that adore all of their pets in store... very well looked after and clean and tidy setting. We are looking forward to having our sons party here in February. Look forward to doing more business with you x

My son had a fantastic party here today, the handling room with the logs was fab, you could see the animals were all so loved and well looked after, the staff were amazing and told us so much about all the animals! Can't recommend and thankyou guys enough!

Me and my partner bought our vivaeiums here and I also purchased mh georgous female bearded dragon amazing price came with everything amazing deals great couple who runs the store live food is cheap , yeah it really is a great reptile aquatic shop !

Has everything you need for your reptiles, spiders, fish, birds etc for brilliant prices, the animals are absolutely stunning ❤ and the owners/staff are wonderful people, so helpful (dont know what i would have done this week without their help, thank you) and really knowledgeable too so can answer any questions. Highly recommend this place, if you haven't been in...go in! Also do fab kids parties! Will be getting all my snakes things here from now on. Thank you amazonia x

From day one the staff were friendly and welcoming. They we calm and patient with the slightly rambunctious party goers.

I honestly can't express what a wonderful and unique birthday party this was. So intimate and informative. I would definitely recommend Amazonia Exotics for a party. Everything was perfect and fantastic.

Josh decided to have his 10th birthday here yesterday, he was full of high expectations and was extremely excited and e wasn't disappointed. Brilliantly put together, animals are fantastic and Stewart and his wife were absolutely fantastic with the children and very interesting. 100% recommend Amazonia not just for birthday parties but also for the products they sell and the great service they provide. Animals are look after brilliantly. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

What a fabulous hour, I really cannot thank the staff enough! Kids and mum's all thoroughly enjoyed, staff were patient and extremely knowledgeable, and the animals all behaved so well (I fell in love with a few of them!) I would not hesitate to recommend. I had a party here today for my 6yr old daughter and I must say I was surprised by how well the party's were run all of her friends loved it and the staff are amazing very knowledgeable and friendly, great with the kids and very patient, I don't know who enjoyed it more, the adults or the kids?! They were talking about it for ages after we left. If your looking for something a bit different for a smaller group of about 8 then I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for an awesome afternoon x

It was for my eldest son, he is 7 and has special needs. They were really great and understanding that he didn't want to touch anything. But despite appearances he absolutely love it. The children ranged in ages from 2 to 11.



The session was great, really relaxed but very informative, all questions our were answered, all the animals were happy and in excellent condition.

Excellent place. just had 2 leopard Geckos from them and have a list of more things we want

Called in for some advice on purchasing a tortoise/turtle. The service and expertise meant we were confident to walk away with a new addition to our family. Raph has already settled in and I have a very happy husband with an early birthday present!
