We are having loads of cars coming into our workshop with dpf issues, here is one of 3 we had in today, not only was it blocked but main reason for it was due to a faulty pressure sensor, we fitted a new sensor carried out a full clean and had fantastic results again. We recently had a mini cooper s in for a running fault when cold, but once warm the car ran fine. It had been to a few other garages which hadnt had much luck in solving the problem. we had this vehicle for a couple of days so we could see the fault when cold. After some extensive diagnsitc work we traced the fault to the high pressure fuel pump. Fitted new pump and car runs perfectly. We always try and pride ourselfs on first time fix and not wasting customers money by fittimg unwanted parts.
