Started Gi and No Gi BJJ there 2 weeks ago and I'm hooked, great classes for a completely beginner and I am already beginning to understand different elements, The supplements shop is also very good with a wide range of supps, clothing and foods. An all round great place to be with to top class people running it and great people learning ��

Really good class suitable for beginners and more experienced people, good atmosphere some good techniques learned from a top jiu jitsu competitor and instructor

Really friendly club, super welcoming to brand new beginners like myself, but also a place where up and coming MMA prospects train, really diverse mix of people

Ash and the team are patient, fun and knowledgeable. As a brand new learner I was apprehensive about starting a BJJ class, but I've felt welcomed and part of the group from the off. Well worth coming along or giving it a go here, can't recommend enough �
