Went in today to enquire about a hair cut and was quite shocked by the attitude of the young girl who was standing chatting to a lady waiting for her colour.In fairness to the customer she motioned to the young girl that I was standing patieniently waiting however she completely ignored the customer who obviously knew she sho had attended to me but she continued to talk then after another 4 minutes she yawned turned her head to me and waived with her hand and said someone will be with you what a disgraceful way to treat a paying customer who would have been contributing to the wage bill a lesson to be learned here I believe as I walked out every customer should be acknowledged politely and not waved at diismissevely whilst yawning how rude writing this off my husband phone

Young boy in there dyed my mums hair, she wanted big blonde sections putting in on brown she came out with bright orange hair which he said would lift the next time, she paid £90 and was in tears we went straight to Sainsbury's and had to put 2 dyes on it to get it back to brown, I had mine done at the same time by someone else who did do a good job but avoid the male in here as he obviously hasn't got a clue we had to waste a whole day of our holiday trying to sort my mums hair
