We visited The Grynd Swansea with every intention of ordering a fruit salad, honest! You just can’t say no to a Knipes & Co - The Bacon Specialists roll though can you? 🥓 🤤

It's a tough job but someone's got to do it! Earlier this week, we were lucky enough to sample dishes from the latest menu at Monroe's Bishopston. 👌🏻
Our favourite had to be the Fillet Rossini served with an olive tapenade croute, mushroom cap filled with chicken liver paté and a brandy and shallot jus. 🤤
