Hello, I am a hobby baker I love doing what I do, I am new at this I learn everyday something new.

The best part of my job is seeing peoples faces when they see and taste my cakes.

I was a maker first and foremost, I am told my cakes taste good (I don't eat them! ) then I have taught my self how to decorate them. I am in a college course learning new things all the time, I will try anything even gives me sleepless nights (and often do! ! )

I am fully registered with the council and have 5 star rating for health and hygiene
