Angharad is a children’s dietitian and nutrition consultant based in Cowbridge with over fifteen years experience of working with all ages of children and teenagers. She runs clinics in the Cowbridge medical practice, is a public speaker on childhood nutrition, media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association and offers nutritional analysis of recipes and menus as well as allergen advice for restaurants, magazines and supermarkets. She is a keen cook and has just developed her second cookery book for cow’s milk allergy.
