We always go to Plas Darien at Easter but this time it was disappointing. There is now a £30 charge to use the swimming pool. This is for an hour and it is solely for your use. But it used to be included in the holiday cost. Booking it is on-line be aware though that you may not get an access code via email. We could only get a 7.45 to 8.45 slot. We waited until 08.05 and still no access code. When I rang about it I was informed that it was on my email. But it wasn't. The man was quite rude when I said that we had lost 15 mins of pool time. There was no acknowledgement of this but I was told we had left pool door open and this wasn't allowed? Though no mention of it in terms and conditions I checked.
We had a problem with the apartment as there was no hot water and some electrics were not working. It was fixed quite quickly but we had to wait in for the plumber and electrician.
Quite sad that this all affected our stay. We won't be going there again.

Excellent location. Appartment was clean and facilities good. Booking was easy and phone conversations very helpful. Lady in charge( sorry didn't get your name) was excellent and helped make our holiday memorable. Have been before and will certainly return.Good for a family holiday

Fantastic stay , beaumaris is a pretty port town ,nice cafes,hotels and pubs,incredible views and the the rest of the island easily accessible

Had a wonderful time in Anglesey,my favourite place 😎 had the best weather, stayed at crab 🦀 cottage at trearddur bay, beautiful cottage, nice quiet area after busy day exploring 😎and hot tub was a treat 😁

stayed over Easter, a great place to stay. beach right next door kids loved it and great bars in the bay.

Fantastic location

Absolutely disgusting apartments, not as described on their website. The accommodation is poor, the site is not well maintained and the staff are rude and unhelpful. I complained in person and refused to stay in the accommodation we had booked and paid for directly face to face to the manager Yvonne who was rude, obnoxious and completely unhelpful. I have since complained in writing and she has refused to acknowledge my complaint. The site is a health and safety risk, not fit for the public. My advice to anyone thinking of booking, don't bother you will be bitterly disappointed.

If you go In the winter expect strong winds and local floods.. but on the other hand the apartment are clean and worm . Love that place
