Bring the spring back into your step and receive a Clinical Sports or Remedial massage from a fully qualified Sports Masseuse (ISRM accredited).

π Funny Fridays π It has been proven that swearing (yes, expletives *&*$%Β£****%$Β£$%*&!) improves pain tolerance. So we have banished the swear jar for good, bring on freedom of speech (although Iβll still fine you if you swear at me π)!!
I took some time to reflect on my Pilates sessions before my class started this morning.
I feel so privileged that people trust the information I provide during the Pilates sessions. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to change the way people move, feel for the rest of the day and improve their quality of life for the foreseeable future. I have seen my clients progress so much in class, itβs like watching a flower blossom, that moment when a client comes running up to you ...to share that they havenβt had pain since we last met is such a heart warming and proud moment.
To see my clients faces from the beginning to the end of every session, they start off feeling flustered, stressed and panicked and leave feel calm, content and happy, but letβs not forget their posture, it starts closed, crowded, down and heavy BUT ends showing happiness, length and focus.
Is this something you need in your life? Do you have time for yourself, to listen to how your body and mind feels? Itβs too easy to say Iβll start tomorrow but itβs so difficult to commit.

What an awesome trip! 47 ladies π² cycled π² from Siena - Rome 360km in 3 days with temperatures reaching 40 degrees π° They all did it- what an incredible achievement. Back in the clinic tomorrow, unfortunately the clinic is full this week but not many on the waiting list and emergency appointments can be accommodated for.
