Back by popular demand - we're going to do another Unicorns event!
It'll be held next Wednesday (22nd), from 1.30pm until 3.30pm, and the cost will be £25!
Unicorn events are suitable for riders of any ability between the ages of 4 and 10 years old - booking essential, so see you next week!

Over the past few weeks, we've been working alongside Dewi Fôn Evans Videography to create a short promotional video for the centre.

Yesterday Emily took myself and my cousin out for a 2 hour ride . On arriving at the yard the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a short assessment before heading on out to the road . Tracks were quite wet with the unfortunate weather we've had but we had a lovely ride around the countryside. We then went to the beach then for a gallop. I rode Paddy who was great fun . Really enjoyed it.

What a wonderful hour we have just spent at the riding centre. A half hour walk outdoors and another half hour in the indoor arena. A beautiful setting, lovely horses & ponies and a great instructor.



We will definitely return , my 8 & 10 year old had a fabulous experience and I've been reminded of how much I love riding, thank you

We came last week for my daughter Devones 4th birthday treat. She has been on a count down for 2 years waiting to be old enough. We certainly weren't disappointed!! She had a half hour lead rein ride on Holly. The lady that took her was absolutely lovely. The following day we returned for present no.2 a half hour private lesson on Pedro; again - brilliant!! I just can't thank you all enough. When she was all finished, the gentleman in the office said we were welcome to have a walk round and meet the horses. It made her day, she loved saying hello to them all. How lovely it was to not feel like we were wanted to leave. What a lovely group of people and beautiful, cared for horses. Can not wait to return. Thank you so much �

Visited today and had a fab experience with excellent members of staff to accompany us.

Today was the third time myself & family of various riding abilities have visited the school - Very impressed with the horses, instructors and standards!



The beach ride is utterly awesome, a dream come true. Thank you to all the staff.

The children loved the experience and the staff found us three spaces at the last minute. The staff was all kind and friendly and the horses was sorted in accordance with the height and weight of all three children. The best hour spent all week.

Really good treat for the kids🙌 All staff are so friendly and helpful, it’s set in an amazing area with a view of Caernarfon castle, 100% recommended for kids and grown ups

My 2 children were looking for somewhere to ride during our holiday last week. Its abit of a lottery in these situations but the website was a great start, very informative and the kids loved looking at the horses before they visited. I initially emailed to sort out the dates and times (we like to be prepared) and I then phoned to confirm what days we wanted and what type of lesson. My children can already ride so the half and half lesson was great for us. We were welcomed straight away as we arrived, the staff were really friendly and put us at our ease. The half an hour lesson was really good, different instructors on the different days both equally good. The half an hour hack was different for us but the children really enjoyed it. I would thoroughly recommend Anglesey Riding Centre to anyone. My children even said if we stayed within driving distance on future holidays they'd definitely want to come here and nowhere else. 5 stars from us.

Just had a fantastic ride. In Wales on holiday and booked the 2hr ride, loads of opportunity for canters etc. Lovely friendly people and great horses would definitely come back! Great views of the sea and coastline too.

Just back from three days at the Anglesey Riding Centre. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. They allocated loose boxes opposite one another and equipped us with maps, permits and lots of info to get the best out of our stay. We stayed at White Lodge caravan site about a 10 min drive away. After a ride on 5.5 miles of private bridleways we went to the Marram Grass Restaurant for an outstanding meal. We even found the energy to walk along the beach almost all the way to Llanddwyn Island and back before it went dark.



The second day we drove the horses 15 mins or so to Newborough car park where the authorities have thoughtfully provided a dedicated horsebox parking area along with a corral which is overlooked from the picnic area. Oh, and a mounting block. Wonderful! We rode for three hours on forrest roads, grassy tracks, sand dunes and miles of firm sand.



On the third day, we took advantage of the low tide and rode the short distance to the beach from the stables along the private bridlepaths and on shingle and seaweed until we hit firm sand. The low cloud of early morning had lifted and the smell of the sea and the sound of the oystercatchers and shellduck was simply beautiful. Sadly it was time to leave after a truly wonderful holiday, but I'm sure we'll be back!

I had a great lesson today, on the gorgeous Lenny. First time properly on a horse and my instructor was amazing, enthusiastic and really encouraging. I made great progress. Just wish I had noted her name. Will see you again soon! ��

Highly recommended - we went for an hour hack during the week before Christmas, with no experience at all being on a horse. We got two beautiful horses - Lenny and Tiny - to ride and a great guide who was really helpful and friendly. We went on a lovely hour long walk through the paths surrounding the centre, with a beautiful sunset over the water with gorgeous views of Snowdonia. A great experience!

Had looked forward to spending my Birthday Voucher here and wasnt disappointed. First ride in at least 10 years so I was a little nervous. A friendly greeting awaited me from all the staff and reassuring assessment took place before I set off. I had a relaxing walk around the stables watching all the staff busy looking after/preparing the horses for the rides. I had chance to meet the horse I was about to ride - Kiwi and felt at ease straight away. He turned out to be perfect choice for me. He was gentle and intelligent. Im sure he sensed my apprehension and by the end of the ride my Joy. We had a huge hug when I dismounted. Fabulous!!

Had an amazing ride on Tiny the best place I'v been to for hack for an experienced rider lots of catering and galloping, very friendly staff, will definitely be returning next time i am up this way, Thank you ��

Great yard that seems to cater very well for all abilities, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating from initial email (prompt response) through to phone call and on site. Lovely yard and well looked after horses. My 16 year old son had never been on a horse before and thoroughly enjoyed his ride on 18hh Tiny. I'm looking forward to going back for an experienced ride...especially after reading the fast ride reviews!

Enjoyed a great 2 hour hack with my friend this morning. The instructor, Rachel, was incredibly friendly and Moonbeam was lovely to ride. Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you :)

Definitely recommend, particularly the beach ride. Will be taking my daughter again.
