Our tomato and fresh herb loaves are proofed and baked off in these pretty little French wooden moulds (Panibois) from @shiptonmill , they are 100% naturally leavened and made up of white and durum wheat flours, the sundried tomatoes lend an ultra softness to the crumb, plus the fresh oregano and basil and weve basically got a sourdough pizza loaf 😁
