Today is World Parkinson's Day. People from all over the world have put their stories on the map. I was asked to include mine. If you want to read it click on the pointer just below Swansea UK. It's worth reading random stories to find out how different every journey with Parkinson's is. IT's Awareness Day, Be aware, give us time.
There has been a lot on social media regarding Corona Virus and the problems facing the world because of it. It has saddened me to see how society in the UK has started breaking down into : I don't need it but I want it and I'll get it no matter who else goes without. Now I can understand people worrying about the future and supply chain disruption but hearing first hand from Tesco staff about people shopping every day for t...he same things is pure irresponsible GREED. There are some fantastic stories about communities coming together and various small shops going out and helping the elderly and vulnerable. So let us and the media in particular focus on and share only positive stories, not people fighting in supermarkets. Don't give the idiots any publicity because it will only make other think :I'd better stockpile too. If your still with me, take very good care, stay safe and well. A simple dose of common sense will help us get through this.

Also as most of you are aware I have had my own health issues for a number of years and feel now is the time to stop and enjoy things before P.D. progresses and while I am able.
... I feel truly humbled that you have trusted me with your aches, pains and injuries. (and came back for more!!!!!).
