Bought item given and recommended by member of staff but upon getting it home, it was completely wrong for what I asked for, they would not give refund even though the fault lay with a member of their staff and would only give a credit note which had to be used within 3 months! Absolute farce! Then upon returning to use the credit note on a fish I said I would purchase, the price went up by £10.00 & the bag they gave it in wasn't even big enough for the poor fish to turn around in, obviously not adherent to their animal rights policies either! Terrible service & will certainly not be returning.

Great family run petshop. If they haven't got it they will do their best to source it for you.
Little tight for wheelchairs but staff more than willing to move things around for you.

Fishing tackle and bait is priced well
