I am a CBRT practitioner offering 1-to-1 support sessions at Harmony & Reflections, Ammanford. Using colour, breathing techniques and affirmations to help you to relax and manage anxiety, stress & depression.
£30 for 60 mins

- Food Intolerance Testing
I have trained in Food Intolerance Testing and hold individual sessions at Harmony & Reflections, Ammanford. This service gives you the opportunity to discover what your body is intolerant to.

- Reflexology
I am a qualified and experienced Reflexologist and hold individual sessions at Harmony & Reflections, Ammanford. A unique massage that can relieve tension across the body from massaging the reflex points on your feet.
