Yet another awesome takeaway from Anise tonight. The food from Anise is always so good, and really tasty. Without a doubt the best in Wrexham. Thanks Robb and all the team at Anise!!
Went last night with my partner for the 1st time in a while.
Was pleased to see that the food & service was just as good. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Food again was fantastic piping hot & plenty of it. Even gave us extra time in between courses, so the meal didn't feel rushed.
Had a fantastic evening & really enjoyed our food.
Looking forward to our next visit, which won 't be as long as our last.
Went for a meal tonight. Amazing food, great atmosphere and great price. Will be returning!
Very good i like it ...the food was very good and the waiters to
Top Notch Curry 🍛 Fully recommend this Curry house for anyone staying in Wrexham. Only a 15 min walk from the station.
The food was amazing. I asked them to put Panir in my dish instead of the meat and they did it no problem. It was so tasty and fresh, the Panir was cooked beautifully, and amazing onion bhajis! I highly recommend this place.
My wife and I went for a meal at Anise recently.
Found the dining area to be nicely intimate and looked very welcoming. The staff were amazing, fantastic service, and really friendly. The food was fabulous. Was great to see Balti dishes so prominent on the menu and they were cooked to perfection. The naan bread was possibly the best I've ever had too. Couldn't recommend eating there highly enough and cannot wait to return there. Thanks for a great evening!
Love the food and the service is so friendly. Came for my daughter's birthday, she loves it here.
Food was beautiful, atmosphere was relaxing and comforting. Definitely be returning!!
As a Vegan it's difficult when eating out but luckily Anise have many lovely Vegan choices on their menu! Only place to go for your take away! A
Always pleasant staff and welcoming. Meal was excellent. It was my husbands birthday so we took along a cake . They took it off us and at the end of the evening brought it to the table with candles lit. They even gave my husband a complimentary brandy . A lovely evening spent thank you Anise ❤️
Always lovely food
Staff are lovely too
Nice ceylon curry and good service. Would recommend it to friends.
very disappointed with the take out last night. Burnt naan bread and shocking onion bhajis!!
What a shambles we came for a meal this evening the service was diabolical to say the least, the staff should have training in customer service and learn how to speak and treat customers .
When we finally got served the poppadoms were stale but we thought ok our meal will be here soon and so we waited and waited crikey we were about to go to the choppy and eventually the meal came !! Well all I can say we won't be rushing back there

We thought that we would have a change and visit Anise as not been there in a long time. ... shown to the table by this guy without a smile ... to our surprise that we were the only 2 within the restaurant. ....starters were poor ....very little chicken in the Dhansak. ... mixed meat madras tasted of oxo cubes and not spicy at all ... couldn't wait to leave ....won't be going back there ....
If I could rate 0 I would. We'd heard good reviews and so ordered a takeaway from here. Firstly, the tikka sauce was was watery and tasteless and the chicken came separately and was also bland. The worst tikka sauce I've ever had. It was also barely lukewarm. The naan bread was stodgey and resembled more of a pancake. The rice and popadom however, were the only okay part of the meal. Would not recommend this place and definitely not going back ever again
I was very disappointed with my visit to Anise the service from the start was terrible! The guy that took me to the table and served me throughout didn't crack a smile and you could tell he didn't want to be there. He stood on my foot and didn't apologise, he was also very heavy handed with the food when placing it and the food went over the table. The chicken in my curry had a very undercooked texture where I was chewing A LOT more than required and after 2 chunks of chicken it was too unbearable to eat I had to leave the rest. On the other hand the keema naan was lovely and my chicken tikka starter was nice I'm just not sure what happened with the main course. To top off this really bad experience when paying the guy didn't acknowledge me and threw my bank card back at me without so much as a thank you for coming generic response. I do not recommend this place and will not go back. I appreciate each customer has a different experience but no customer should have had to go through the atrocious experience I went through.
Had an awful takeaway from here......worst ever... all the dishes tasted like desiccated coconut, vegetable oil and so bland it was like baby Food. Bleugggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh
