Great afternoon tea after a wander round the castle, highly recommended

Visited the Team room 2 weeks ago. A very friendly waitress welcomed us. We had a lovely afternoon tea. Scrumptious cake and tea. There was a good choice of beverages and excellent menu for light meals, cakes etc. Very pleasant surroundings with lovely staff.

Lovely tea room which can be easily missed. Excellent first class service with a great range of beverages, food and lovely cakes.

Visited with family on impulse while in Conwy for the day.

We ordered afternoon tea and the scones were lovely. The place had a traditional feel to it and I thought the staff were very pleasant and the service was great.

The prices were reasonable too.

We were served by a lady called Gwen, I think, and she was very pleasant and nice.

Not suitable for disabled as is an upstairs the room but is lovely, traditional, service excellent

Loved the authentic tea room setting and decor. Great selection of cakes. We were a large group that didn't make a reservation and seating us was fine.

You have to climb stairs to access the establishment but it's a delight to see and experience. Great old fashioned service and elegant surroundings.
