A gorgeous and completely modernised cottage in a seaside village in North Wales. Beautiful 19th Century cottage that is a 2 minute walk to 2 beaches and the harbour, cliff top walks, local pubs, and a hot tub overlooking the river below.
The seating area is warm and cosy with comfortable sofas set around the wood burning stove, flat screen TV, SONY music system, games and DVDs. Dining table and chairs for 6.
The modern kitchen has an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster and well equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, it leads to a downstairs loo and wash hand basin
Stairs lead up from the centre of the Dining / Sitting area lead to two pretty double bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other a standard double bed.
In the bathroom there is a corner electric shower, loo and wash hand basin
The garden to the rear is a real sun trap and makes the most of the gorgeous views with decking on three levels and garden furniture.
Street parking (time limited) but there is a free car park close by
