NEW POSTNATAL CLASSES w/b March 2nd 2020
Please watch the video below to find out when my new Postnatal Classes will be starting. I will be running two classes a week, one in Pontlliw Hall on Tuesday mornings 9.15am -10.15am and Penygroes Memorial Hall on Thursdays mornings 9.15am-10.15am, during term time.
All classes will be £5 on a pay as you go bases. If you have a yoga /Pilates Mat please bring one with you.
... This class is designed for new mums to bring their baby with them to class. Unfortunately it’s not designed to bring toddlers etc.

POSTNATAL PILATES
I’m thinking of running a postnatal Pilates class for new mums once they’ve had their six week check up and have been cleared by the doctor.
The baby will be able to accompany the new mums to the class, but the focus will be on helping new mums gain back some core strength and relieve any back issues following the pregnancy / birth.
... Classes will be £5 on a pay as you go basis.

The class will be run in the morning around 9.15am to cover the school drop offs of older siblings.

There are a few spaces still available for this morning’s Pilates class at the Cosmetik Clinic in gorseinon. Classes cost £5 pay as you go for the hour. This class is suitable for all levels and is for any body, shape, size and capabilities. Modifications can be made where required.

Monday night’s Pilates class has moved to the memorial hall in Penygroes. Class starts at 6pm-7pm. £5 pay as you go. Suitable for all levels. Pilates is for any body, shape or size, and is also a wonderful form of exercise for men as well as women. I know many people want to try Pilates but are sometimes nervous to start something new on their own. Please come along you may just find out you love it! There are many reasons to try it out:-
