House was sold within a few weeks. The girls in branch were so helpful and friendly and always kept us updated without having to chase and feel like a pain. My wifes door needs fixing 28 heol y twyn .waiting 2 weeks

I've been renting a property from this estate agents. On viewing me and my partner were told everything was working fine and we didn't have to wipe debts. On day of moving in me and my partner cleared both debts on electric and gas. We then learned the back boiler was not working and three engineers later we are still without heat or hot water. We moved in on November 20th. Ever room in the house is covered in thick black, green,white mould. Whenever I have tried to contact estate agent we hav been spoken to like we are nothing but s**t on her shoes. She has ignored us and blames us for the boiler not working. Due to the mould me and my parents children's belonging like photos, baby keepsakes have been ruined and this has had effect on our mental and physical health. I'm now using asthmas pumps due to to the mould slowly destroying my lungs. This is very upsetting and the way we've been forced to live is hurrendous. I've asked to make complaint and no one has got back to me!! Do not trust this estate agent.
