Well we have just got back after having a great time karting for my son's birthday, all the kids had a ball including us adults that joined in, great fun, friendly helpful staff and the party food was great. Thank you guys we will definitely be back �

Visited today on a works outing and had a great afternoon on track, great short circuit and although pretty slippy due to the condensation on the floor it made it very interesting with lots of sideways action to keep you on your toes �. Highly recommended �

Took my oldest lad on Sunday and he was so excited but nervous but the staff where AMAZING with him! Couldn’t of had a better experience! Thank you for putting the biggest smile on his face, definitely be back very soon! 🙌🏽🏎

Thank you for all your help today with a rather large party of 25 - you broke them down into 4 groups and the planning went well and smooth - no issues at all with them all being 14/15 years old - well entertained and food was good - we look forward to bringing the younger Lads Next Week � thanks for all your help and the trophy package was a nice touch �

Son loved it for his birthday treat. They got to use the new karts ��

Really love my experience as I went there today would recommend it for anybody who wants to go go-karting the pricing is a bit pricey in my opinion.especially for the size of the track and how many laps you have around the track. I think the instructions that they gave were good. I believe the staff could have made the experience better by interacting with you a bit more.



And maybe playing a bit of music while you’re go-karting to improve the experience.

I really like the vending machines as you can pay contactless with them very modern. I really like the variety of drinks but I would recommend a bit more food options. But staff were friendly and nice but I think they need improving in customer care Area.



Hopefully will return soon.

My son and his friends went go karting here today for my son’s birthday treat. The kids all loved it, the staff were really helpful and overall it was a very good experience.

Had a fabulous night for my brothers birthday... staff constantly checking if were okay when being bashed from other drivers and the whole thing is really organised! ���

Great place karting there with my daughter yesterday lucy Hayward and who did we bump in but Ben Hingeley British formula 3 driver great night all if girls had backing like the lads have they whould be up there with the big guns

8 friends and I went yesterday Saturday 16th September for part of my stag do...we were told to get there for 12.45 which unfortunately it was nearer 1 by the time we arrived...no problems at all...signed in...got out overalls and went upstairs for the boring stuff...safety brief...then back down given a balaclava which smelt of washing powder so was obviously clean which was great and hygienic...next we went to get our helmets and gloves...now this is the only complaint I have...there wasn't enough gloves so this guys you need to change...waiting for someone to finish their session then putting on their sweaty gloves wasn't great but a minor problem in reality...off out on to the track we went which was an absolute blast...the marshall's allowed light contact which is always going to happen when racing on a tight track...any heavy hits and they gave out warnings which is fair...all in all we had a great day karting...thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again really soon!!!

Just before Christmas my friend and I decided to do a joint party for her son and my daughter for their 10th birthdays. They each could have 4 friends and something to eat so this made it ideal for us to sort. On the 2nd of January my friend telephoned to book the party for the Sunday 14th January 2018 and to start at 4pm. She was informed that there was a deposit to pay of £111 which they requested her to pay over the telephone and the remaining balance to be paid on arrival .She was advised that a booking confirmation would be sent via email to confirm the booking.

On the 13th January she telephoned to confirm the booking as no email had arrived and got told they couldn't find the booking and someone would call her back. After 1 hour wait she finally got the call and said they had found the booking but party would start at 3,30 instead of 4pm so as you can imagine trying to organise everyone at this time was hard . Once we arrived at the circuit we got asked what pizza the children were eating . We never got told it was just pizza available with package as one of the children doesn't eat pizza so had we have known this is advance we could have made alternative arrangements .

When I asked what else was available for the child to eat the manager there said a bag of crisps which considering we have paid over £20 a head was disgusting. We got told no other food was available as it was a Sunday and they have no other food even though it was a party package .

We stated our dissatisfaction to the manager on duty and explained that this child had nothing to eat and his answer was there's a McDonald's at asda and just shrugged his shoulders . He also found the whole situation amusing and really didn't seem to care that we had paid over £200 for this party.

He eventually gave us £3.99 back for the one child's meal but no apology or gesture was offered or given .

I would seriously think twice about having a children's party here again and I certainly wouldn't book it for a Sunday . It's a shame as I've been there before with no issues but don't think I will be returning in the future .
