Our app is designed to be as easy as possible to use. All you need to do it log in, set your availability, and accept a request to work! If you’ve already downloaded the Apollo App, please don’t forget to set your availability for the first few weeks of term!

The Apollo App lets schools send messages with a booking. So if you need to report to Mr Thomas when you arrive, you’ll already know where to find him! The Apollo App will streamline your working day, giving you that little bit of extra time to enjoy your morning.

As well as letting you set your availability at any time, the Apollo App also gives you a direct line of communication with schools. Schools can request you for work directly, giving you the opportunity to form a closer connection with the schools you work for. Once a request is sent by a school you will receive the exact details of the booking, meaning you'll always know where you're going, and where you've been!

As you've already seen, we're very excited to be launching the Apollo App! Here's one of our top reasons for using it: You can use the Apollo App to set your availability wherever you are and whenever you choose. That means that the second you realise you can't work next Tuesday because you've got a dentist appointment, you can mark yourself as unavailable on your phone! The Apollo App is designed to work around you.
