As the majority of the reviews read , there seems to be an obvious pattern developing thus far , quite sad and dissapointing really , as they portray themselves as nice people .Delay tactics , being obstructive and here it is , YES BOND RETENTION .Im hopefull we wont have to issue a formal complaint with the Secured Bond Scheme or employ a Recovery Agent in an attempt to resolve this on our behalf . I will keep updating as this review as and when new information presents . If i knew a few years back how my personal dealings with Apple Eststes would develop then i would have chosen NOT to become contractual with this ( in my opinion ) VERY POOR Letting Agency , but i live in hope that they will redeem themselves and return our Bond in part or Whole . You have been warned people .

absolutely disgusting individuals, they'll lie and cheat every way in the book to keep your money, bond and claim it's your fault.. the quicker legislation is brought in by the Welsh government to shut companies like this the better it will be.. I left that property in a much better condition than let to us, perhaps the wooden flooring that I paid for and had laid wasn't of a quality to the manky stinking rotten carpet.. as regards bond we're still waiting on the remaining £400 after you stole the rest.. you could always take me to court for defamation of character.. but you would lose again, lol.. I bet your face was a picture

Slum landlords of the highest order. Rude, offensive, lazy, obnoxious and after a quick buck. If you want your property looked after, avoid these people at ALL COSTS. If you're looking to rent then go somewhere else as these people don't deserve a penny for the awful service they provide. If I could rate them any lower I would.

Hateful dealings with these people. Do no use them. Avoid at all costs really awful at just about everything.

DO NOT USE APPLE ESTATES OF CARDIFF!!! You will come to regret having any dealings with them.
