Any of our lovely supporters free on thursday daytime? Please come and join us!
We have a license from Cardiff council for some city centre fundraising. It’ll be handing out leaflets and shaking buckets. Should be lots at of fun and Im sure there will be some free tea & coffee involved 😉
No experience necessary, just love cats and have some enthusiasm! We will pair all the volunteers up, so everyone will be with an experienced volunteer.
... Please let me know ASAP if you are interested. We are planning on meeting at around 830 on Churchill Way but you are welcome to join us at any time throughout the day.
Love and hugs Anna xx

Rachel is part of our skydiving team, raising money for the rescue, please consider supporting her fundraiser 🤞
Rachel has been a very active supporter of the rescue since we started. She has donated and help raise a considerable amount, as well as promoting and raising the profile of the rescue.

Another happy adopter... Hi Anna, just wanted to say thank you again for letting us adopt Tammy, she is already settling in so well. She has eaten, drank water and pooped already. She has been fab with Marley but he's not too sure just yet so we are going to keep them separate for a few days. Thanks again, here's some pics of her 😬 x

2 weeks left until our skydive fundraiser! Time is flying!
We have 10 gorgeous volunteers taking part, so we thought we would introduce them all to you. Today is Laura H’s turn!!
Laura has been a follower of the rescue for around a year but when she heard we were arranging a skydive fundraiser she jumped at the chance to help!!
... She is from Cardiff and shares her home with her two handsome tom cats who she adopted as kittens after their mum had been abandoned.
Please help support our work at the rescue and consider donating to Laura’s skydive fundraiser x

One of our amazing volunteers Adrian has made a lovely video of some of our cats that are waiting for adoption.
They love a fuss and will all make fantastic family pets. Want to adopt? 💜

To my new trapping team. As the forecast is rain tonight we’ll postpone our training until another night. Please could you all private message me and we’ll rearrange. Thank you

Often people will ask us for advice about introducing a new cat to the family.
We picked this phrase up from Hayley who works at our vets, it’s a good’un.
Perseverance is key. Some cats will settle in straight away, but the majority will take time. It can often take weeks for the new cat to fully settle down and accept his or her new surroundings. Work to the cat’s time scale and be patient.
... We use Pet Remedy at the rescue, it works wonders calming down stressed cats and helping us to tame those that aren’t yet socialised. It’s a mix of herbs and botanicals and works for cats, dogs, horses and other animals. We highly recommend - it works x

Just a normal day’s shopping some people ask me how many sachets of food do you get through in the week and how much does everything cost ,, the answer is over 500 sachets and then of course there is biscuits and litter and the vets bills and of course electricity and petrol to get to the home checks and picking up rescues So on average to run a rescue with over 100 animals a week A grand total of £999
