Argos

I spent a lot of money on watches at Argos and left one there for adjustment to the strap. I was promised it would be ready the following morning as it was my son's birthday. A week later still not done with a stinking attitude from the staff. So now Argos has the balls to ask me to fill in this survey.
Bet you won't ask me again.

I go elsewhere now and will NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE YOUR SERVICES EVER AGAIN. !!!!! And you only get your 1 star as I can't post without leaving it or you'd get ZERO.... ...

Slow and under staffed. Waited over 30 minutes for a click and collect ordered hours beforehand.

Visited the Aberdare store 31/10/17 around 9am apparently there was a technical problem in every store which meant the tills were really really slow, the manager and the other lady serving were fantastic smiling talking when they really wanted to die! Fair play to them

Very old style argos compared to others but indirectly faster in both service and waiting times

Friendly staff but experience spoiled by error in the catalogue. The wrong product number is shown for the Bosch kettle I wanted.

Only down the road, easy if you don't want online. X

You always have to wait ages to be served and the staff make it feel like they don't even care

Not very helpful, I took controller back as it broke it one day and they tried making out it was fine, got exchange in the end after feeling like a fraud

Great shop for every thing you need

Ordered some rather large items which I had to pick up in store, staff refused to allow me to collect from rear of store where I could easily park my van to collect. Instead I was forced to carry them out of the store and round the corner on my shoulder, and in the process injured my back.

As such I won't be ordering any large item from them again, as they could have easily provided great customer service just by taking my items to the rear of the store.
