Good efficient service. Do need to be firm with their 3p day returns policy as they will make excuses not to honour it. For example Freesat box returned as not working with recorder. Was told cannot be returned as was opened. Well how am I supposed to know that it does not work with my USB hard drive unless I connect it?

Not a massive store, and computers can be annoyingly slow at times, but the shop does what it is meant to do and does it well.

Friendly staff that will try to answer any questions that you may have, and have never had any problems returning items from this store.
