Argos Cardiff Newport Road

One of the better Argos stores, it's clean and tidy with friendly staff but the best part is the wait times to receive your goods are short.

Quick service. Good value

Easy to park (in the week), had what I wanted and I got it quickly. No problem

Staff always courteous and helpful, unlike so many of the "wannabes" polishing their backsides in Tesco these days

Its a smaller store and abit slow but overall its one of the better Argos stores in Cardiff

The cashier was polite and helpful, but when we tried to redeem a voucher we were told that we hadn't been given the correct receipt on our last visit. The manager refused to apologise to us for the store's mistake and walked off mid conversation without acknowledging us in any way beyond telling us that he couldn't do anything. He was rude, completely unhelpful and unwilling to accept responsibility. The only reason this visit gets 2 stars instead of 1 is the remaining staff, who were very helpful despite having to put up with management like that.
